Fee of 96% (incl VAT) of the first month’s rent collected by the agent.
Rent Collection Service
As per Tenant Find Service with the addition of collecting rent every month, chasing any late rent payment, onward payment to your designated account, easy to read monthly statements.
Fee of 84% (incl. of VAT) of the first month’s rent received and 9.6% (incl of VAT) of the monthly rent received, deducted by the agent.
Full Management Service
As per Rent Collection Service with the addition of periodic detailed photographic inspections, managing any maintenance issues and requests from tenants via our 24 hour service. Arranging maintenance works via professional contractors as agreed. Bespoke App for real-time information about your asset.
Fee of 84% (inclusive of VAT) of the first month’s rent received and 12% (incl of VAT) of the monthly rent received, deducted by the agent.
Rent Guarantee Service
As per Full Management Service with the added benefit of rent payments
being met should the tenant/s default.
Fee of 84% inclusive of VAT of the first month’s rent received and 15% (incl of VAT) of the monthly rent received, deducted by the agent.
The above fees are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the agent.
